This is where we connect the dots of the "Rescue Plan" of Ar-Rahman. This plan reveals that ALLAH'S Mercy is not just a passive quality, but an active, pre-calculated strategy to save the Believers from the Original Fall.
THE ORIGIN:
DESIGN OF THE FALL
The plan begins with a promise and a perceived failure. In 7:18, after Satan’s rebellion, the Law was set:

Whoever follows Satan goes to Hell
[7:18] He said (ALLAH)
Get out from it degraded, expelled. Surely, whoever followed you among them, I will most definitely fill Hell from among you, altogether.
By design, humanity was destined to face the trial of the Forbidden Tree. Knowing Adam would stumble, Ar-Rahman, whose Mercy encompasses everything (7:156), prepared the solution before the problem even manifested. This is why He taught Adam "The Names."
